Battle of the Regions 15 &under invitational tournament.
This tournament will be held in December 20256, bringing together regional associations from across Aotearoa for a competitive development-focused event. The tournament provides a valuable opportunity for selected athletes to gain experience in a representative setting, while fostering regional pride and strengthening our competitive foundations.

As a part of MRVA’s 2024-2027 Programme Pathway, we will select u17 &u19 Boys and Girls and Open Men teams to represent the region at Volleyball New Zealand’s Inter-Provencial Championships.
The 2025 Championship tournament is in Kilbirnie, Wellington at Akau Tangi Sports Centre across King’s Birthday weekend, 30 May- 1 June.
VNZ’s IPC event is exclusively available to affiliated regional association appointed teams. This event allows the regional association to select age group athletes to compete at a national performance tournament. As Manawatu Regional Volleyball Association is developing our competitive pathway, we are committed to fostering development and creating opportunities for our youth athletes, while building the capacity and capabilities of resources.
