Coaching is a critical part of the game of volleyball.
There is evidence to suggest that participation numbers are increasing, especially at secondary school level.
With that in mind, we need more coaches, better coaches, and passionate coaches. And, we need to arm them with the tools to feel confident and competent in their role.
It's not only about developing coaches, it's about providing a quality experience for them too, so that coaches feel effective and connected.

Secondary School Junior Coaches
Level 2 helps coaches to gain a greater understanding of effective coaching, technical components, ways to teach skill and help players learn within an engaging environment.
Develop is the ideal course for the aspiring beach and indoor coach of competitive club, senior secondary school, and IPC players. This course is delivered by VNZ. We will update our coached when the next course expression of interest is available.
Excel is the ideal opportunity for elite level coaches. Coaches will undergo a comprehensive analysis of their current coaching practice. Following that, coaches will embark on a bespoke and personalised mentorship over a 12-month duration. This course is offered by invitation only.
